Back in the early 80's, when I started, the prime rate was 16%, and there was chaos in the industry. About the only way to buy and sell houses was to use seller financing.
A whole industry sprouted up around the chaos, and society found a way to continue selling houses, even when banks couldn't make loans.
I was fortunate to be part of the business back then, because I learned all the creative techniques from the best of the best (who are all dead now). Techniques that fell out of use as the rates dropped, and it became easier to buy and sell with new financing.
However, I've never forgotten these techniques, and the time is perfect to share them with you.
Actually, I've been wanting to do this for a few years, because I see a huge need right now in our volatile market place, and because I'd like to get all this stuff in print and on tape while I am still willing and able.
